show "Blocked or SIM Blocked"?
Because an incorrect PUK (Pin Unblocking Key) has been
entered 10 times. As a security measure, the SIM Card is now permanently
disabled and must be replaced. Only your service provider can replace
the SIM Card.

You may press "right" on the Express Key, select Calls &
