Because an incorrect PUK (Pin Unblocking Key) has been entered
10 times. As a security measure, the SIM Card is now permanently
disabled and must be replaced. Only your service provider can
replace the SIM Card.

This is a text message and you may retrieve it by pressing the

select Options and Read Text.

While on a call, press "up" or "down" on
the Express Key.

and outgoing calls?
You may press "right" on the Express Key, select Calls
& Timers, select Call Log, select Last Dial, Unanswered

you wish to see.
